Presently, we only ship to 48 Continental United States.

*All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex and other carriers, depending on your location.
*If there is any shipping issue with your package , please contact Customer Support at dikasun@jinau.com within 30 days after your order was placed.
Note:
1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (which is usually 1-2 working days)
2) If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.
3) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
4) Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
