Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Once we accept your return request, our customer service will send you the shipping address for you to return it.

For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.


Who bears the postage?
If you return the item for personal reasons(wrong size, do not like it, just want to retur), the return freight is at buyer expense.
If you return the item for buyer reasons(demaged, poor quality, do not liek the description), the return freight is at seller expense.


Return packaging requirements
Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.



Missing accessories
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free .

Cancellation
For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund days
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that processing payments may take up to 1 to 2 additional business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
