We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  • Keep all items and packaging until your claim is resolved.

2️⃣ Return Shipping Responsibility

Reason for Return Who Pays Shipping? Notes
Personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, dislike) Customer Ensure item is returned in original packaging.
Seller reasons (damaged, defective, incorrect item) DikaSun We will cover the shipping cost.

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Must not affect resale condition

  • Refunds start after inspection at our warehouse

4️⃣ Missing or Incorrect Items

  • Missing accessory or wrong item?

    • We will resend the correct item/accessory for free

5️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders not yet processed can be canceled by contacting us.

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds go to your original payment method
